Pentax SMCP-FA 43mm f/1.9 Limited Lens with Case and Hood (Black)

$359.11

>> Pentax Soft Lens Case S80-120 for 18-55mm & 50-200mm Zoom Lenses

I feel like the case does a very good job of protecting anything inside it. No, it’s not bullet proof. But neither are most camera/lens cases these days. Short of carrying everything in hard Pelican cases, we all have to take some responsibility for not being knuckleheads and dropping our lenses off of chair lifts or letting one get run over by an Acura (both of which have happened to me). The Pentax Limited lens case is going to protect your gear from most all everyday knocks and bumps. Perhaps more importantly, it protects your lenses from anything else you might be carrying in your bag. Given that the idea is to use this case with bags that aren’t necessarily camera specific, this can’t be overlooked.

I really like the Pentax Limited lens case. It fills a need that nobody else had bothered to think about and fits well into the busy non-photographic side of life that many of us have to deal with every day. I would recommend it to any Pentax photographer with Limited series lenses, any rangefinder photographer, or anyone who uses compact prime lenses.
